I finally fitted these to my wheel and they work, but they occasionally bounce off the tyre sidewall as I'm riding, which makes an annoying squeak sound. I don't know how I could possibly prevent it. Any ideas?

I've got them too. It took a lot of fiddling and tweaking before I got them right, but now I have they're great.

Oh, I forgot about the brushes.. damn, I do all major work on my bike in a garage a few miles from where I live and left all the bits there, so I'll have to sort that out tomorrow.

I did take a hacksaw to it, too, just to get the chain guard above the lower chain stay. Will see what effect fiddling with the nuts has.

By the way, wheels are 23c.

I've only put the front on mine so far and the rubbing is horrific. The clearance on the T3 is so narrow that I'm not convinced that even Cruds are suitable for them. But jazloc has got them fitted fine on his T3 so obviously I'm hopeless at basic things like fitting clip-on guards!

If you can get a 5mm Allen key between the tyre and the calliper you have enough room for the crud racers. Well with a 23mm tyre for sure. After all who uses a 25mm Tyre? That practically a mountain bike tyre,

mine fit fine on my T3. and it didn't need any sawing. occasionally the front rubs. but that's only when i have caught it with my foot while stationary, or something was leaning on it while the bike was sleeping.

Lift the guard where its rubbing

I never cut the cable ties to far so pull them to the left or right

Like mentioned a lot of tooing and froing

Sks race blades may be a better alternative
