First crumble of 2025 just about to come out of the oven using freshly picked rhubarb from the garden 🍽️

When I make any crumble I always strain of any fluid left over from the stewing process in to a glass for drinking later does anyone else do the same?

No.

But I blend a tablespoon of corn starch with the sugar before stirring it into the fruit, and that gives me a nice thick sauce.
