@winjim if no one came close, my first clue was going to be "search CC for my username + Vittoria

My intention was .....

"a roman century on Vittoria tyres" == c+rubino
"crossed" was a indicator that it was an anagram.
"Caesar crossed" was a straight forward, non-cryptic clue.

I'm still learning.

I'm still learning.
It's probably best to avoid anagrams of words that are not given in the clue. Hence @winjim 's suggestion.

That was a good one :okay:

I have to say though, having a baby in the house means that Saturday night might as well be any other night, although I have pushed the boat out this evening and had a second glass of wine :cheers:
