Hello!
Lately i was looking for more info about my bike (CUBE AIM SL 2018) conversion from standard QR (135x10) to through axel (142x12), and so far i couldnt finde any conversion kits for it....maybe anyone know any universal conversion kit to solve this problem?

What problem, exactly? Or is your name a clue: Petronius was credited (apparently without foundation) of saying that reorganisation (in this case trying to change from QR skewers to a thru' axle) can be a wonderful method for creating the illusion of progress.
How will your dropouts suddenly widen out to 142mm from 135mm?

The difference is that these bikes and wheels were designed to be interchangeable with different standards. In the second video you see them changing the dropouts for the alternatives, so the bike had wider spacing to start with. Unfortunately with your bike it has 135mm spacing and fixed dropouts so you can't change anything.

There is nothing wrong with a QR system though, is there any particular reason you are trying to change?

Unless you're capable of producing professional levels of power, you'll never notice the difference.

Widening the rear triangle won't necessarily give you more stiffness, if the backend is loose make sure the rear wheel bearings are set correctly and that your spoke tension is adequate.
