Cult Comedy Films that make you laugh..So I Married an Axe Murderer

What cult comedy classic films(in your opinion) haven't had the success they deserved and what are your favourite quotes/scenes?

I'm not really a fan of Mike Myers but "So I've Married an Axe Murderer" still makes me laugh, 17 years later. Myers portrayal of "Stuart MacKenzie" the Scottish father is brilliant(cringe worthy) and funny. His co-star Anthony LaPaglia genuinely looks as if he's cracking up everytime the father speaks.

+ 1000 to Withnail And I (all time favourite film) Favourite quote is possibly "Don't you threaten me with a dead fish." Impossible to choose a favourite scene, maybe the "Camberwell carrot" one if push came to shove.
Funnyman (1992)
Schlocky, gory comedy horror in the style of Peter Jackson's early splatter films. The critics were aghast that Christopher Lee chose to star in such tosh. One of my favourite films though, took me ages to track it down on DVD. The titular villain (hero really) is a demonic sadistic warped court jester whose cheeky little asides to the camera after every imaginatively gruesome despatch really make the film.

Also Bubba Ho-Tep (2005)
Surprisingly genuinely touching comedy about an ageing Elvis in a retirement home, buddying up with a black JFK ("They dyed me this colour!") to combat the resurrection of a particularly evil Pharaoh who's power grows with every soul it takes. True story apparently.

I'll have to watch it again as I want to be able to quote word for word the line Elvis (Bruce Campbell) says prior to the final confrontation with Bubba Ho-Tep. Something along the lines of "Well I ain't gonna let you kill me and let you shoot my soul down the toilet." but far funnier than that.

Here's three films from down under:
Kenny (2006)
Gentle and charming mockumentary which follows the gentle and charming titular everyman Aussie toilet plumber as he goes about his life and business with as much dignity as he can. Favourite quote (and one that I use myself quite often): "As mad as a clown's cock."
The next two are both set in my previous adopted home of Wellington and both star Jemaine "Flight Of The Conchords" Clement:
Tongan Ninja (2007)
Daft, ultra low budget, cheap as chips kung fu spoof with every cliche thrown in for good measure. (mikeitup, have you seen this one?) The very definition I think of cult movie, probably only seen by a handful of people, so was genuinely astounded to see it in Oxford Street HMV.
Eagle Vs Shark (2007)
Social misfit dork's love story, with childhood bully revenge thrown in. As an added bonus, The Phoenix Foundation, one of my favourite bands, provide the soundtrack.

Sorry I was never really a fan of "Withnail and I" although I admired the acting performances. -
It's probably because I grew up knowing some seriously f****d up people who wouldn't have been out of place in such a plot!

Not familiar with those films from down under(I'll have to track em down) although "Flight of the Conchords" is one of the best things to appear on TV recently.

What about the Clerks(Kevin Smith) series of films?

In particular "Mallrats" that launched the career of Jason Lee in 1995(and Ethan Suplee - Randy) from "My Name is Earl."

None of the scenes benefit from being out of context but the "Stink Palm" one's a stand out;
