Ian H said:Junior hacksaw then file is best. If you don't have quick-release ends at the forks then filing the ends smooth is important: Don't over-tighten the eye-bolts and in a mudguard jam situation the mudguard will slide off the stays.

bonj said:tortec guards are pretty much the same as SKS, they take the same stays anyway. I've got tortec guards and i needed some new stays to refit them back on my scott so i got some SKS stays and they fit fine.
