There's me now , hardly TT tuck but feels a world better and no unsightly stem sticking out

Go on, tilt your head!
Looks good, you could always flip the stem to gain height back if needed. No point cutting it to still have spacers on top!

Yeah totally agree with you on that , it's funny but the bit of stem sticking out the top was starting to really irk me
