Cycle along the rhine

I often scan the threads without logging in, unless I want to post, so I get the adverts at the top of the page.

I just saw one advert, "Cycle along the Rhine". I wonder how you stop your bike sinking or do you use a pedalo.

I've cycled along the Mosel, although fell of the bike & ended up in hospital in Zell, stitches on my forehead and shoulder injury!

There's a guidebook to cycling along the Rhine valley floating around CC - not sure who's got it at the moment.
Cycling around Lake Constance (a very wide bit of the Rhine) is very pleasant.
