Hi

We cycle camp regularly, but usually in France where the weather is much much nicer

However, we do camp nearer to home too, and like youth hostel camping, where it's allowed (not that many places unfortunately) as you get the best of both worlds - a kitchen and lounge to use, then a peaceful night, and no curfew! Our favourites are Clun Mill and Bridges - both in Shropshire.

For Cheshire, there aren't that many public campsites, although a lot of small certificated sites for members of one of the caravanning clubs. Unfortunately these usually are just a field, with no toilet or shower. We've camped at Christleton near Chester, and above Wildboarclough to the east of the county.

We've also put together a Cheshire Cycleway online guide that has a map showing all the campsites we know of - it's http://www.cheshirecycleway.co.uk. Just click on the map and choose camping from the menu.

 Just to let you know I cycled out on the Cheshire Cycleways last weekend . From Wilmslow area to the Delamere /Tarporley area .
It was good . Found a lovely Campsite . Camped for one night £9 .
From a list I got
Most of the campsites are very good at least six of them are CC sites . Plenty of other small sites Also.
But I think I found the best one .
Thanks for your help and advice :hello:
Tony .
