I really like the look of the grey pannier/bag: you think they'll appear in the TKMax bag section soon? ;)

Ooh I hope so.

I think there's a Market for affordable chic bike bags, they all seem quite expensive.

Not half! The most I've ever spent on a handbag was £40 about 8 years ago, and it was from TKMax ^_^

LOL, I'm the same! I've never spent so much on bags as I have on my bike bags. I think the bag I linked to in the OP is out of production now, I'd love to see someone produce a similar design in different styles, it's so flexible and easy if you're like me and use more than one bike regularly.

Totally agree: the other day I realized half way in the commute that I had left my top tube tool bag with the spare inner on my other bike :headshake:

I have a cheapo decathlon seat post bag with the correct size inner tube, tyre levers, spare batteries etc permenantly attatche to each of my bikes except the Raleigh Caprice, of course.

I also keep a tin of squirty puncture repair stuff in my handbag, which I used for the first time recently when my son had a puncture - amazing!

I need to get another 2 top tube bags for my other 2 bikes. Until recently I used to carry all the repair stuff in my rucksack, because I can't fit a seat post bag. I'm too small, there's no space for that plus lights at my seat post's height.
Then I discovered this cool bag for the top tube - love it!

Oh yes thats cute. When we were cycle camping the seat post bags wouldn't fit cos of gear on top of the rack, so we fixed them on the top tube with gaffa tape!
The seat post bags Ive got have a loop for mounting lights on, though I have lights mounted on my rack on all of them except the folder wich is currently rackless.

Ah, I can't manage "chic" at the best of times, never mind on the bike - but, wait, I'm on the bike practically every day
Find me some waterproof warm "normal" clothing I could wear on the bike, Sarah, I wanna be a chic cycling chick too.
Once I tried wearing trendy black wool legging, trendy knitwear kind of material boots, a polo neck topped by a thick wool dress: needless to say I froze my wee derriere off :cold:

What about this Pat?

Sara: that would actually be ideal, if it does what it claims to do (would the sleeves let water in during a wet ride, for example?)
Even the price is not so bad, I would end up wearing it at least 8 months a year, with our weather, so It would be cost effective.
Colour choice could be a bit brighter as well.
We need a review: who wants to spend £ 130.00 to try this chic coat for cycling?

You do! Why don't you email them and tell them you're a prolific cycle chatter and would like to review their product?

My lands end coat is very similar to this, though as I said earlier, I've had to apply my own reflective bits.

Is the coat warm? We are talking just above freezing most of winter
