Cycle Commuters in London Double!

I think it rains a lot less than people think it does.

In 2012 I recorded 46 rainy commutes out of 354.

I wonder what that would be as a % e.g. 20% of L+SE commuters do so by bike compare to 10% of NE,Ys and NW commuters. We know there are more people in the SE!
