It's huge!

Cateye is the one I always recommend. I've had a Cateye for 17 years and it's still going strong.

It looks much bigger than the average computer, so is likely to snag on things and get broken off. Computers from reputable/well proven manufacturers who will offer after sales service are readily available for just a few more pounds in this country. The number of spelling errors in the blurb do not instil confidence in the product!
I would sum it up as cheap and nasty, buyer beware.

I would (and do) have the cycle computer which has the functions I want to record.

You need to look at a variety of 'puters and write down all the available functions.

Then you go through this list and establish those functions which are essential for you.
Next, establish those functions which would be nice - but not essential.
This will leave a longish list of stuff which is irrelevant to you.

Now you go to all the major manufacturers and make a list of their computers which match your spec.

Then you are in a position to go and have a look, touchy-feel if poss and ask around on CC.

Personally, I use VDO

That one looks a bit like the Topeak Panorama - but not as good, I would guess ;)

I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. They've sold plenty and there's no neutral/negative feedback jumping out, (but I did get bored of looking pretty quickly). As already said though, it's cheap and no doubt nasty, things are generally cheap for a reason IME.
Plus the size as mentioned:eek: If someone did fancy putting a baby imax on their handlebars I'd recommend this one, (as Scoosh mentioned) http://www.topeak.com/products/Computers/PanoramV12WideScreenWire
It's still freakin' huge, but I know a lad who ran one for ages and it never missed a beat
Cateye Strada Cadence for me on the commuter, and Bryton Rider 35 on the CAAD

@ £6.38 its going to be rubbish ..

i use a Garmin Edge 205 which works brilliantly and very easy to swap between bikes, i was given a top of the range VDO for xmas last year which is still sealed in the box
