They'll order any book and then you could copy it out in longhand

Ask your library to get you a copy, there may be one in the system for your area somewhere. If not point out given the gov'ts enthusiasm for getting everyone out of their cars its a title they should consider buying. I thought our library didn't have one but Mrs D found a shiny new one when she went in to take some books back:-).
