On a Rapha thread the chief exec apparently told someone that they didn't do larger sizes because he didn't want fat people wearing his kit, I wonder if that's similar across all manufacturers? If I walked into Debenhams and bought an XXXL top it would fit chest 142cm/56"!

I do wish suppliers would differentiate fat and tall. They are not synonymous, and both buy cycling kit!
