You got me on a technicality :thumbsup:

I wouldn't consider a Brooks saddle tension adjustment spanner to be an essential part of a cyclist's on the road toolkit so for all intents and purposes within the context of the 'pack your spanners and ride argument', my bike is spanner free.
I was about to add that I too have a spanner free bike until the post of Adrian's about the Brooks saddle adjuster but having looked that can be adjusted by an allen key in the nose so unless the outboard BB wrench can be called a spanner then I do have a spanner free cycle.
