Crisps are my secret weakness. For some people its chocolate, for others it's cocaine, but for me it is sweet, crunchy, tasty, juicy crisps.

But lo! Which is the best flavour? Time for the wise minds and deep thinkers of CycleChat to flex their brains again. The entire future of the savoury snack indusrty rests upon this debate.

Oh, yes! Walkers SB is divine, most other bacon-flavoured snacks are also good. Frazzles are decent enough but are really a poor facsimile of Smith’s Bacon Flavour Fries.

With you @Drago
You can’t beat a crisp
But it’s all context. Juicy summer pint in a beer garden? Ready Salted. Ploughman’s lunch? Fancy heritage cider vinegar avec sea salt. Noisy white bread sarnie? Roast chicken.
All crisps are not equal though.
oh, a crisp for each type of occasion chap?

Plain unsalted with a blue twist of salt in the packet.

Or best of all. Thinly sliced on a mandolin on the long dimension, very large, raw potato, excess starch washed off, dried in a tea towel, tossed in melted butter, Malden sea salt sprinkled over and roasted in a hot oven till crsip.

Poncy but orgasmic!
