Thanks for the top tip - absolute bargain ! Remind me to come back in March ! ;-)

Last week I came Kelsall hill way and then the other assorted short sharp climbs to get to it so I think we are deserving of a good feed by then.

I can see why they would go away for the winter, I could imagine it would be pretty cold and desolate up there when the dark nights come.

Been in a new place in Penkridge, Staffordshire. Blend. Great coffee, good selection of delicious cakes, bacon and sausage rolls and bagels, paninis toasties etc.
Lovely coffee shop, good atmosphere and very friendly staff. No obvious place for bikes but the owner said they can be put in the drive next door and chained up. Very helpful. Would highly recommend.
