I thought that pic epitomised the elation and achievement after a gruelling, sometimes high speed jaunt through the Suffolk mizzle... don't deny it - you're happy!

At least it's a picture of me holding my own bottle rather than a few miles earlier when I was firmly pulling yours away from your bag...
