Just three months after our massive break-in we've been flooded out. A pipe in one of the units above burst and has made a complete mess of our ground floor unit. Ceilings down, electrics out, computers knackered the whole lot

So, not a very good Christmas Day for us. Hope yours was better.

Bad Luck.

I have been to 6 incidents like this in the last two days. Thats 6 families homes devasted just before Christmas, nothing you can really say to console them.

Please all CCers make sure you pipes are protected, and make sure you know how to isolate your water supply!
