I heard they were a bit of a dodgy enterprise. Taking on recent post-grads and sucking their brains. Instead of paying them a decent salary, they offer a share scheme / Ride to Work arrangement so you get the idea that you are getting something for nothing...etc.
They are keen on decent cyclists though - particularly ones who have done VSO - developing Europe, East Europe etc. They tend to send container loads of 'unwanted' bikes over and expect the youngsters with local knowledge to
fence them help the local community get mobilised. You'll live in a stone shack with a view on the world...mostly through the roof.*
