Cycling app info

Hi I used to use cyclemeter on my iPhone a couple of years ago which allowed me to follow gpx files of a route on my phone. But I changed to Android a while back and have been waiting for them to bring it out on Android. But it's still only out on iPhone. So my question is are there any apps out on Android which will allow me to follow a gpx file / pre prepared set route on my phone whilst out on my bike? Thanks.
