Just so happens i got some tablets from the shops yesterday. These ones are Shotz. no carbs, just electrolyte replacement. Hadn't thought about taking them with me though. As long as i don't get them mixed up with the steradent.:biggrin::ohmy:

I've heard they are highly recommended by ultra-distance runners, and there were some other brands of salt/electrolyte tablets that I'll have to look up again as I've forgotten the names ;)

Every little helps to keep CC Ecosse ahead on Cyclogs :smile:
