Just so happens i got some tablets from the shops yesterday. These ones are Shotz. no carbs, just electrolyte replacement. Hadn't thought about taking them with me though. As long as i don't get them mixed up with the steradent.

I find Nuun tablets to be a good electrolyte replacement thing. They come in assorted flavours , are not too sickly , don't make your bottle/hands all sticky and come in a tube which you can carry with you if on a long ride.

I've heard they are highly recommended by ultra-distance runners, and there were some other brands of salt/electrolyte tablets that I'll have to look up again as I've forgotten the names
