Cycling From West2East & East2West In London

I cycle from west2east in the morning and east2west in the evening on my commute to work in London . in the morning I am often cycling against the wind and in the evening the wind is often blowing from the west into my face again that is the same day I am on about . strange but true

Do anybody know anymore on the subject

I have exactly the same thing except I cycle East - West and then West - East.

you notice the head winds and ride home fast when there's a tailwind

If there's a trend it's a head wind for me riding in from NE London to the centre and i ride home fast, there can a lot of tunneling of the wind in inner London obviously
