Yea no kidding! I currently own 2 bikes,,,Giant and Bianchi...seems like the Bianchi's the obvious choice to take over...problem the Bianchi rides like a tractor compared to the Giant...decisions, decisions, decisions..:bicycle:

Hi and welcome!
I am from Italy, actually from the Castelli Romani area. Never used to ride while I lived there though.
It is a very hilly area, the driving is crazy, the heat in July and August unbearable.
On the plus side, free water can be obtained from public drinking fountains even in the most remote spots.
Enjoy your trip!

Yea the temperature can get quite hot...I've been in Italy countless times...never to ride though...but I found that while riding even in temperatures above the 30 degree mark, it's never unbearable as there's a constant draft with or without wind...right??
