A tiny North East tourist award has raised hopes of the ferry resurrection.
It seems far fetched that a £300,000 tourist grant help. But the fact that oil is less than 25% of the cost when it last sailed surely means some enterpreneur will grab a boat and give it a go. Maybe 2017?
