Hi all not sure if I've posted this to the right place but I've just recently started cycling again to get a bit fitter and trying to go every day however because of work this means i need to go in the morning. When i went oit this morning i had a mega sugar crash and couldn't go as far as i have done previously (but that could be because i had to take a break so probably not as fit) so my question is what would be tge best thing to eat first thing to stop ot happening again?

with or without sugar, fruit, honey, however you prefer it. I just go for a half skimmed milk, half water gruel substance, don't like it sweetened
