Cycling in the New Forest

We are heading to the Lyndhurst area at half-term, taking our MTBs. Anyone got any lovely routes - maybe 30 miles ish? - or cafe recommendations?

We were in the New Forest in June last year and had a great time.

We bought this map which was very good with 12 routes detailed of different lengths. The ones through the Forestry Commission land were very enjoyable and well marked.

I’ve seen this and it’s brilliant - I just wondered if people had planned-out routes for a whole day.

There are lots of numbered posts for the routes, so you can use those to plan out a route, if you have a large enough resolution map. It’s all linked together from what I saw when walking there last summer.
