Craigies farm near Edinburgh is holding a workshop on cycling sports nutrition on 7th april at 7:30pm. Might be worth a looksee

hmmm .... could be interesting! Their selection of food in the shop and cafe is certainly very nice.
There may even be samples if we are lucky ...


.... but 7:30 pm on a Thursday?
[Am I being cynical or are they expecting people to drive there? ]


I may be tempted if the weather is reasonable.
