What's the best way to wash and dry them out? I got a good soaking last night and they seem to retain water for quite a while.

I use mild washing up liquid solution and damp cloth to clean, i usually put the insoles on a radiator, spesh reccomend putting paper/tissue inside shoe's to soak up excess water. Hope that help's

  3. Stuff with newspaper, wrap with newspaper. Leave to dry 'naturally'. Change it the next day if necessary etc...

Stuff with as much newspaper as can be crammed in, and popped in front of a little fan-heater to speed up the drying of the outside.

Always works a treat on my old-style Specialized Sonomas.

If they are leather then do not dry with a hot fan.

Just stuff and wrap with newspaper, leave for an hour or so, then remove wet paper and replace with dry. Repeat as often as necessary.
