I use mild washing up liquid solution and damp cloth to clean, i usually put the insoles on a radiator, spesh reccomend putting paper/tissue inside shoe's to soak up excess water. Hope that help's

Stuff with as much newspaper as can be crammed in, and popped in front of a little fan-heater to speed up the drying of the outside.

Always works a treat on my old-style Specialized Sonomas.

If they are leather then do not dry with a hot fan.

Just stuff and wrap with newspaper, leave for an hour or so, then remove wet paper and replace with dry. Repeat as often as necessary.
