Cycling while hungover

I really am a lightweight... around 3/4 of a bottle of white wine Sunday night and I was worth nothing yesterday. Not ill, just completely shattered. It was all I could do to walk downstairs so there was no way I was about to get on a bike.

I've been very good recently.Haven't touched the booze for over two weeks but trying to shake off a cough and have a 7 day work stint coming up.
