No, and no (it's self-explanatory).

Acceptable, but I wouldn't do it myself, because like the roads I ride on, there are too many bumpy bits that shouldn't be there.

Couldn't give two hoots about what I look like, but i dont fancy coming off with not top on, even the thin layer of fabric gives some degree of scuff, scrub, graze protection.

Having spent about 1 hour in hospital having stones picked out of my skin from my knee to my cheeks with tweezers having slid off on a newly tar chipped road its something i am a bit squeemish about.

I sometimes take mine off on the canal towpath, I like to get a tan. If anybody cycles the Rodley to Keighley stretch, you may have seen the 2 middle aged women (in good shape - not together) who cycle the canal in tiny lycra shorts and bras!

Last autumn, evening, I saw a fat middle aged man cycling towards me, he was naked, I stared, yep, he was naked. Bleedin 'ell! It was a bit scary as it was on a lonely stretch of the towpath near Thackley. As he got closer I could see that he had small pair of black cyling shorts on, his gigantic gut had draped down and over sides of his lower body. xx(
