Is anyone a member of cyclingbuddy.com and do you have anything good or bad to say about it.

Never heard of it. Had a quick look, but not really needed for me as there are plenty of cycling buddies both old and new on this forum.

Tried it very early in my cycling , but found it a bit vague in terms of actually meeting up with other riders. I got out quicker with CC parishiners that live local to me.

Club riding is not for everyone.

I'm not one for club riding so can see the attraction of the site.

I'm a member, have a few buddies but have never actually ridden with them.. This may say more about me than the site though! I cycle with a CC buddy

Joining a club can work for most, after doing a few club rides there were a few people i really got on with, i still ride with the club but we also do a few rides with the breakaway group as the club calls us.
