I'm considering purchasing one but I'm unable to determine the distance between the mounting holes on the Fly6 CE601 Rear Pannier Mount. I cannot determine if it is compatible with my pannier rack:

That bracket is a tad off centre, what?
I wouldn't worry about the mounting holes, a couple of minutes with a drill will sort that.

What bracket? I do not understand what you mean unless you're referring to the floorstand?
