cripes, ouch, though got away quite lightly under the circumstances. Lucky he was out far enough to swerve rather then hit door full on. Shows how far out you need to ride as he seemed a reasonable way out as it was. Taxi driver pretty on the ball to not full on run him over.

He didn't swerve into the path of the taxi, he was knocked into it by the door of the idiot who didn't look.
