Southbound carriageway where the A3 & A23 are briefly the same stretch near Kennington.
There was a ped/cyclist in work clothes lying half in the southbound bus lane. A number of other cyclists were helping him but no emergency services on scene yet. I couldn't add anything to the party so kept on.
Hope all is okay, didn't look too serious but you never know.
