Remonstrating is putting your face right up to glass and screaming YOU f***ING what ever it was?

.
Yes. Do you know what remonstrate means?
I don't think that at all. Go back and watch the vid and ask yourself if all the cyclist did was call the driver a 'nasty name.'
Tell me, what did he do to threaten the wellbeing or property of the driver other than call him a farking prick.

beano's not very intelligent. I'd love to hear these "mitigating circumstances" but I'm afraid he's beginning to realise he made them up.
Maybe he did, maybe he didn't.
Why would he? Unless he was an unusually sensitive soul who doesn't like rude words - enough to batter someone in broad daylight.

The cyclist had been threatened by a criminal driver. Nothing the cyclist did explains or justifies the passenger's response. That registration is all over the internet, someone could write to the dvla, get the registered keeper's address and pour brake fluid over the car. This would be wrong,
Have you watched the same vid that I have?
What did he do that I missed? Did he physically attack the driver? Did he damage the car?

The cyclist was irrational, he's gone after the car like a mad man, then proceeded to display a beserk case of the screaming ab dabs, it unsurprisingly produced an irrational response.

Exactly the other way round:

Driver ignores and asl, some muppet on a bike spits and swears, police appeal leads to an arrest.
those that resort to personal attacks have already lost.
In what way are you claiming that truism constitutes mitigating circumstances? You can't offer a sensible reply because you're not very intelligent, you made it up out of thin air.

Christ, I learned the 'Sticks and stones' rhyme when I was in nursery. Hearing you lot justify the physical attack on that man makes me sick. As if the aggressive and dangerous behaviour of the driver is somehow mitigated because the cyclist shouted at him. Irrational? Entirely justified more like.
Yeah, I also know that you can have mitigating circumstances as displayed in the vid by the idiot cyclist.
What "mitigating circumstances" do you think the police and CPS would accept?
