I thin k I've got it, someone from a bus firm reckons cyclist crash on purpose? And was he asked upon which he bases his assertion? I've never heard of an example, because it's a bat crap crazy suggestion.

I often wonder why people who post these type of things are ambiguous about who said it and who do they represent, etc. Im from Yorkshire where we call a spade a shovel. I wish everyone could do the same.

Id like to know who made these comments so I can contact the boss of the Company and tell him what a Dick his operations manager is.

I'm from Yorkshire and call a spade a spade. A shovel has flat, usually square to the handle, cutting edge. A spade having a curved cutting edge.
Company name has been given, as as the posistion(Job Title) of the person who gave the answer.

The "Crash For Cash" is what was used by him to back up his first answer.

Cheeky sods! A bus tried to pull away when I was level with it only yesterday. Maybe their drivers ought to look and indicate before pulling away!

That was put to him and he couldn't/wouldn't answer it. Despite it coming under his managment role.

I wasn't asking for citations, just enough information to understand what he was talking about. The avoidance of the word "bus" or some phrase indicating it was a passenger vehicle, combined with some strange syntax - "Which prompted the question, a bit taken back by his answer", and "He see's a cyclists as " - meant that I had no idea what it is about.

I rider in the Circuit of the Fens race crashed into the back of a steam roller, a stationary one, hurting himself rather badly. I believe he has and continues to make a good recovery from some rather serious injuries.
