hi guys
im new to this site.
myself and a few others are doin a sponsored bike ride on the 24th of may from shorham[the swiss cottage] to cranleigh [sports center] and back again.. its about 60 miles were setting of about 8.30 9 and it takes about 5 hours there is food suppled and a tee shirt all you need to do is go to www.cftrust.org.uk and follow the links to the downs link 2009 and register its only 10 pounds.. we also have a www.justgiving.com/downslink2009 to make donations, we are really reaching out for support for this worthy charity
my son was diagnosied at only 1 week old we really wanna give him and all the other kids a better start in life that they deserve to have
i hope to see some of you guys and gals on the day, its a great day out and its all for a good cause
