I've done a few 60-70 mile rides with hourly rests feeling fine at the end of it and know I could easily ride further. I have a 100mile Sportive in a few weeks so confident about that.
My question is, is there likely to be a daily limit for me or now that I have found a comfortable pace could I just keep going assuming I stay properly nourished/hydrated/rested?
