New rear derailleur?

Happened to me once. I just bought a new RD.

At £40 - £50 ish for another one, need to consider how much time you would need to spend to bodge it or to fit an online adjuster, then if it didn't work, you would have to buy another one anyway.

Need to put a value on your time and convenience.

Or you could buy my used Ultegra 6800 (see for sale and if requiring 11 speed).

May as well try.

Presumably it's the RD you're looking at? I've got a SRAM Rival rear mech and it's got a cable tension adjuster barrel where the cable goes into the mech, and so have various others I've seen advertised.
