Thanks for your email. As the magazine article points out, currently Stop SMIDSY reports are sent on to Sussex Police and the Met. This is because both of these police forces operate their own online reporting systems:

Our reports feed into the same databases used by these sites.We don’t know of any similar schemes operating, but where they are we will enter negotiations to co-ordinate our reports with them as well. Of course we will seek to encourage the police to take this up wherever we can, but it would be useful to have an evaluation of how this is operating in London/Sussex before advocating its use elsewhere.
