Anybody who has climbed in the Cuillins will know that they have stitched together several days of filming in different parts, which are not really accessible in sequence - first Loch Coruisk then Coire a Ghrunnda then the Inaccessible Pinnacle then down to Glenbrittle - possible for a fit, fast-moving team but not carting a bike and stopping to film the sequences. Hats off to him though for getting up the In Pin with the bike and managing to avoid the usual crowds.

Good news for viewers in Scotland; 7.30pm next Friday (10 October) on BBC1 and BBC1 HD there's a documentary following Danny as he captures his performance on and around the Black Cuillin mountain range in Skye.
