If you have done 25-30 miles, you'll cope OK it's a flattish ride and riding with others will give you a boost.

I had it in my head it was the end of June for the first one. We're away this week, and not sure I'm quite there yet fitness wise.

bad luck .. you can still do the route at a later date like I did the 50 ...was raining here that day so missed it just did on the Thursday instead
