If the power supply for the dash cam is other than 12 volts the likely hood is that you have a little electronic device that plugs into the 12v supply and converts it using electronics to a lower voltage. These little beasts usually do so in the cheapest way possible, which means they cause radio interference. It is expensive to remove this so the cheaper they are the worse it will be. They then attach a long lead to connect them to the device they are powering, which makes an excellent aerial. Any ferrite bead should therefore be placed as close to the power supply as possible, not at the camera end. Alternatively get a better power supply.

The ferrite rings dont really do nothing I have placed some on the wire close to power supply, if dash cam on get hardly any stations but turn it off and is ok so wot else will work cause cant really change length of cable as needs to be long so can hide it
