De Rosa child's carbon road bike

Hello,

I was wondering if you could help me. I own a carbon de rosa bike, which I believe is quite rare. Upon purchase my father was told that it is one of only 7 made. I have scoured the internet for any information on this bike, but I can't find anything about it.

There are no model names on the frame of the bike, it just says "carbon". The seat tube is around 15 inches tall. I have attached some photos of the bike.

I'd be really interested for any information on when it was made, why it was made, and how many other bikes like this were produced.
