Farmers are known to dump them in or at the side of the road to make it look like an accident.

I've never actually seen a live Badger, only the occasional dead one on the railway and by the roadside.

It is dead Foxes and the occasional dead Seagull you see here.

You couldn’t mistake a dead hare or squirrel for a badger, they are as big as dogs – and can take one on and win too.
I saw a dead badger at the side of the road today, on the A1041 outside of Camblesforth.:sad:
They’re beautiful animals, years ago, I was out walking and saw a sow and her litter – she was watching them play in the dusky light, amazing.
