What's everyone's opinion on what they stock?

Besides the bikes which have a good following, do they do anything worthwhile? It seems they do mostly own brand / foreign imports.

I have a give voucher to use but I'm struggling to find anything worth while on their website

I pretty much exclusively wear their bib tights/shorts, shirts, jackets.

I also wear their socks, shorts, and t-shirts for playing rugby, I wear their running leggings and shirts for running too.

Lots of good value stuff for clothing, while it may not be castelli, a lot of it is decent.

I think they offer good value for money. Their kit is ok IMO I would have one of their bikes with no hesitation if I were in the market. I kind of think of them as the IKEA of sport but without the self assembly

Best to visit their Team Valley store and see.

It is mainly decent stuff, though the overuse of their brand name puts me off buying most of their clothing.

I have one disappointing purchase, a small bike pump. Most of their own brand kit is great. I have a couple of Kalenji long sleeve tops that I've worn for years, brilliant versatile kit. Had a bit of a spend up the other year on some of their cycling clothing in the sale. Their new cycling jacket got a good review on road.cc the other day.

I nearly bought a bike for my daughter once but if I'm honest I have never found anything that I'd like to buy..... my daughter got some waterproof cycling gear though.

Thanks everyone. I'll have a look down to the store tomorrow to see if any of their 700 range cycle gear is in the sale. If not then I'll see if they have any decent hiking combat trews

I find it's basic well designed kit at good prices. The bikes are very good. But the tents and camping equipment, walking stuff, running stuff etc is all very good quality and value too. It's hard to go wrong.

Dunno - they have a strange policy of ignoring vast areas of the UK by not having stores there - eg. Wales and the West of England.

I love Decathlon gear. I've got a couple of bikes, and lots of tools, and spares. For generic bits and bobs, I don't think there's much to beat them. I still have to go to more specialist places for special kit, but I think Decathlon have got the likes of Halfords over a barrel.
