Basically she showed that chinese can be faster than fast food and also fresh and healthy food.

That's my experience with Ken Hom. I don't watch the telly, but "Ken Hom Cooks Thai" is a great book, full of tasty recipes which are easy and quick to cook and don't rely on exotic ingredients.
